Meet our Chef and Owner of No Reservationz LLC Food Trailer, Ricky Heinrichs. With over 20+ years of experience in the culinary industry, began his culinary journey at the age of 17 in Allentown PA as a dishwasher, where he grew to refine his talent in dutch and
fine-dining cuisine. A consecutive two- time Chili Cook-off People's choice award winner, and consecutive four-time winner of Mystery Basket Champion. Ricky's mission is to provide a meal to remember, His passion for cooking is evident in every dish he creates.
